A natural sounding, versatile, analogue filter modelled EQ, economical with CPU and system resources.



Many conventional digital EQs, including those of popular Digital Audio Workstations can have an artificially cramped filter response, especially at high frequency settings. This is often cited as a reason for the 'digital' sound of some equalizers.

Styled as a virtual 500-series module, the EQ500 uses innovative analogue filter modelling to open up the filter response and accurately replicate the more natural sound of analogue designs, without requiring upsampling or other CPU intensive techniques.

More efficient CPU usage permits more plugin instances in a typical DAW project.

System Requirements - Windows PCs:

32Bit Systems: A PC Running Windows XP / 7 / 8 and a VST compatible host application.
64Bit Systems: A PC Running Windows 7 / 8 (64Bit) and a VST compatible host application.

System Requirements - Mac:

Requires Mac OS X v.10.7 or later.
An AudioUnit, VST or VST3 compatible host.

System Requirements - Linux:

A 32 or 64Bit - X11 compatible linux distribution e.g. Ubuntu 12.04 LTS running a linuxVST compatible host application and / or the JACK audio server.
